1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE (21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER) IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE EXCEPT CALIFORNIA AND UTAH OR WHEREEVER ELSE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter the MENDIS TEE-SHIRT SWEEPSTAKES 3 (“Sweepstakes”), beginning at 11:00.00 a.m. EST on 08/23/07, send an email titled “MENDIS TEE-SHIRT SWEEPSTAKES 3” to promos@mendisbrandy.com, this will qualify as your Official Entry Form, Sweepstakes closes upon receipt of 7th email entry with the correct answer to the question provided in the body of the email entry. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Limit one entry per person per e-mail address. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In case of a dispute over winner’s identity, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the IP address owner (who must meet eligibility requirements). Mendis International, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and W.M. Mendis & Co. Ltd. (“Distiller”) are not responsible for entry submissions received after deadline, incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, shorten or extend, change or cancel the sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, whose decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes starts at 11:00.00 a.m. EST on 08/23/07 and ends after receipt of 7th email entry with the correct answer to the question provided in the body of the email entry. Any data collected and use thereof shall be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

2. GRAND PRIZE: There is only one Grand Prize. The sole Grand Prize winner will receive a (medium size) Mendis T-Shirt. The prize is for a medium size Mendis T-Shirt ONLY that comes signed and dated by our founder Mr. W.M. Mendis. The approximate recommended retail value of the prize is $17.95. The winning entry will also be automatically entered into our draw for the Mendis Gift Pack to be drawn on 12/01/07. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner. No substitutions permitted.

3. DRAWING: Potential Grand Prize winner will be the 7th email, with the correct answer to the question provided in the body of the email entry, received in the Sweepstakes after the Sweepstakes is open at 11:00.00 a.m. on 8/23/07. Winner will be contacted by email via their email address they used to enter. If, no contact with winner is made after two (2) days from the time and date of our initial email contact with the potential winner, prize will be forfeited and the next proceeding valid email entry will be selected as the alternate winner. Prize will be arranged within approximately five (5) days after verification of eligibility. Prize will be couriered to Winner to their address provided on their Prize Claim Forms.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Distiller and each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, alcoholic beverage suppliers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Grand Prize winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release. All forms must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of documents or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: By entering this sweepstakes, you give Sponsor permission to post your name on our website (www.mendisbrandy.com) if you win. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. All entrants release Mendis International, Inc. and W.M. Mendis & Co. Ltd. and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.

6. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Sponsor and Distiller shall not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by the user resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.

7. Sponsor and Distiller are not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any communications network, telephone network or lines, computer online systems, computer hardware or software, servers or providers, computer equipment, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes.

8. Although Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Sweepstakes is accurate, Sponsor and Distiller will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the Promotional Material.
