Angels Share International and Luxe Coterie/Mendis sign Exclusive US Wholesaler Agreement

On July 14, Luxe Coterie Incorporated, the company assigned by Mendis International, Inc. to exclusively handle the distribution and sale of Mendis Coconut Brandy in the U.S., has signed an exclusive wholesaler agreement with Angels Share International to distribute Mendis Coconut Brandy in the U.S. market.

In line with this agreement, Angels Share International will exclusively wholesale/distribute Mendis Coconut brandy, under its wholesaler license, to Luxe Coterie. Luxe Coterie will exclusively retail Mendis Coconut Brandy.

With this unique exclusive wholesale/retail structure developed, Mendis Coconut Brandy will only be available through our own Mendis retail stores or our online store that is in development. Mendis' world first category of “Coconut Brandy” will not be available for sale to any other distributors or retailers outside our exclusive retailer, Luxe Coterie.
